Return Eligibility
Products can be returned within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
- Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for return unless faulty.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges and Damaged Items
If your item arrived damaged or faulty, please notify us immediately within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per your preference.
